A Holiday Survival Kit; A Reality Check on Mindfulness for Kupuna & Caregiver
For many years, I have joined a team of my mental health professionals sharing healthy ways to manage the holidays. Our Holiday season is the most exciting time of the year for many. And very stressful for others. This year I’m joining the team of Hale Hau’oli Dementia in the Family Workshop presenters, presenting the Holiday Survival Kit on Saturday, November 28, 2020 from 9:00-10:30am on Zoom. With this year’s COVID social distancing pandemic, we’re saying; ‘We Miss You a Merry Christmas and a Healthy New Year.’ And tend to stay positive/solution-focused with a touch of witty upbeat common sense tips during the presentations.
Humor is an incredible stress reducer, as long as we’re laughing with each other and not at folks.
